Igor Zargaryan is an entrepreneur and production management expert.
1994-2018 He was the executive director of of Soyuz JSC. He graduated from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia with a specialization in electrical engineering and has studied at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). He also graduated from INSEAD International Business School. From 2012-2014, he served as advisor to the Prime Minister of Armenia in the area of Industrial Policy Development. Mr. Zargaryan is also a co-founder of Repat Armenia Foundation.
