Igor Zargaryan is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ARAR Civilizational Research Foundation. He is a public figure, entrepreneur, and expert in production management.
He graduated from National Polytechnic University of Armenia, specializing in electrical engineering. He later continued his studies at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), obtaining a law degree. Igor Zargaryan is also an alumnus of INSEAD Business School.
From 1994 to 2018, he served as Executive Director of Soyuz Joint Stock Company. From 1996 to 2018, he was a member of the boards of directors of various industrial enterprises in Russia, leading crisis management, recovery, and operational stabilization efforts.
From 2012 to 2014, Igor Zargaryan served as Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on industrial policy development.
Igor Zargaryan is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the 1000 Vahan Educational, Cultural and Charitable Foundation. He is also a co-founder of the Repat Armenia Foundation and a member of the 5165 Club.
For his contributions, he has received a number of state awards.
