Davit Pakhchanyan is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arar Civilization Research Foundation.
He graduated from the Faculty of General and Applied Physics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 2008-2010 he studied at the Moscow Higher School of Economics. He was the co-founder- executive director of “Aerosib” air transportation company. In 2016-2018 he was the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairman of the Committee on Military Industry. He is the chairman of the board of trustees of “Dilijan Central School” foundation, co-founder of “Ayb” educational foundation, “Ayb” school and “Benur Pakhchanyan” foundations.
