Artur Alaverdyan

Member of the Board of Trustees

Artur Alaverdyan is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ARAR Civilizational Research Foundation. He is an engineer-physicist, executive, businessman, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and investor in high-tech industries.

He graduated from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI in Moscow and, in parallel, pursued further education at École Polytechnique in France and Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also holds an Executive MBA (ExMBA) in Strategic Management.

For more than three decades, Artur Alaverdyan has successfully conducted business activities in Armenia and abroad. He is the founder and president of PH, a leading company in the EurAsEC market. He is also the founder of the NAPPAN Association, its former president and current board member, and a former member of the Management Committee of PU Europe, the European association of the polyurethane insulation industry based in Brussels.

In addition, Artur Alaverdyan is the founder of Solaron, Armenia’s first solar panel manufacturing company. He is a co-founder and Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST). He is a former member of the Boards of Trustees of the Repat Armenia Foundation and the Ayb Educational Foundation, a co-founder of The Future Armenian public initiative, and a member of the Executive Board of the Armenian Society of Fellows.
